In "SOMS" you load customers as companies with their physical addresses and branches, but you also load the individuals who work for these companies with their job titles.
The "SOMS" Customer Management System was designed in such a way that you are not only dealing from company to company, but from one individual in your business to another individual working for your customer. Each staff member is added to the system with his / her own personal details (email address, position in the company, cell number, etc.). These Staff details are used throughout "SOMS" to communicate at a personal level with your customers and to record, track and audit every transaction.
Customer Staff are encouraged to login to your Customer Login Console to view their files (monthly statements, Price List, Dispatch information, Invoices, quotes and so on.).
Each Customer Staff Member who is added to your "SOMS" Customer Management system is allocated certain functions which limit what each one has access to in the Customer Login Console.
